Claudia Page
– joined the team as a full-time receptionist and administrator in November 2008. Claudia can assist with any initial enquires regarding the programme and is responsible for the overall administration of the project. Currently on maternity leave after the birth of her son William in December 2009.


Carole Meharg – graduated from Focus12 in 2006 and began volunteering in administration in 2007. Carole has since become personal assistant to Chip Somers. Carole assists with the maintenance and practical issues relating to the residential units and provides support with benefits and housing needs for the clients.


Joanna Marshall – graduated from Focus12 in 2008. She has since joined the administration team as a volunteer and peer supporter. She has been instrumental in introducing efficiencies and new systems that have helped to streamline the admissions process



Chris Hibble – graduated from Focus12 in 2007. He has been a peer supporter since January 2008 working with clients in Access to Treatment group, the structured day program and secondary care. Chris began his counselling course in September 2009. he is responsible for developing an integrated Life Skills Programme for clients who have graduated from treatment and is responsible for the Access to Treatment Group.


Heidi Somers has a Diploma in Beauty Care and Massage. She has a degree in Logistics from Lille University and provides the clients with twice weekly alternative interventions such as massage, reflexology, beauty treatments, face massage and helps many of the clients with personal health and fitness advice.
She is also responsible for petty cash accounting and is a part time administrator.
